I aim to make accessing therapy as clear and straightforward as possible. I offer both self-pay (private pay) and insurance-based therapy options for adults seeking virtual therapy services in Texas and Arkansas.

Self-Pay / Private Pay

Clients may choose to pay privately for therapy services without using insurance. This option offers increased flexibility, privacy, and does not require a mental health diagnosis.

My current self-pay rates are:

• Initial intake session (60–90 minutes): $210
• Psychotherapy session (60 minutes): $160
• Brief psychotherapy session (30 minutes, established clients only): $90

Payment is due at the time of service.

Card on File

A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for all clients. This applies to both self-pay clients and clients using insurance-based services through my therapy platforms.

Your card may be used for applicable session fees, copays, deductibles, late cancellation fees, or missed appointment fees.

Insurance

I utilize secure therapy platforms, including Headway and Alma, to help streamline insurance verification, billing, and claims processing.

Through these platforms, I am able to accept a variety of insurance plans in Texas and Arkansas. Because insurance benefits and coverage can vary by plan, I recommend verifying your benefits through the platform before beginning services.

If your insurance is not available through one platform, I encourage you to check the other, as available plans may differ. You are also welcome to contact me directly, and I can help guide you toward the best option based on your insurance and needs.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To honor both your time and the therapeutic process, the following policies apply:

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $90 late cancellation fee.
• No-show appointments are subject to a $160 missed appointment fee.
• Monday appointments must be cancelled by Friday to avoid a late cancellation fee.

Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed or late-cancelled appointments; therefore, these fees are the client’s responsibility.
